Northern Civil Consulting was founded to provide civil engineering, project management and municipal planning services across Northern Michigan.
Scott Thompson, PE, principal consultant, has been serving Northern Michigan since 1976. He is ready to help clients get on the right path during the early stages of a project by identifying strategies and establishing significant project milestones. His 35+ years experience working with municipal boards and federal, state and local agencies provides him with the necessary expertise to assist clients with implementing projects. Using available funding resources, he can help move the project through design and construction.
Northern Civil Consulting has formed alliances with several consulting firms that can be readily utilized to assist with specialized project needs. Those services include land surveying, landscape architect, structural engineering, highway design and wetland delineation.
